We will walk you through connecting to a web site with a session number so we can view, interact, or even show you our desktop.
With Remote Desktop Support:

- Next Horizon can Instantly view your entire desktop, including applications.
- Quick Diagnosis:
- We can assist immediately download patches or updates, test and run applications to ensure proper installation and configuration.
- Customer Control:
- Next Horizon must first request permission and customer must grant it before any action can be performed.
- Two-Way Desktop Control or View:
- We can request view or control of customer's desktop. There is also the ability show view or allow control of Next Horizon's Technicians desktop.
- Two-Way Application Sharing:
- Customers can choose to share only selected applications with Next Horizon to maintain privacy. We can also share your own applications to demostrate products and features to the customer.
- File Transfer:
- Files can be transferred to and from the customer's system. The Technician can apply patches and updates during the session or get customer data files for further in-depth analysis.
- Remote Printing:
- Our service representative can redirect printouts from the customer's computer to a local computer for offline analysis.
