control of customer’s desktop. There is also the ability
show view or allow control of Next Horizon’s Technicians
desktop.
- Two-way application sharing:
Customers
can choose to share only selected applications with Next
Horizon to maintain
privacy.
We can also share our own applications to demonstrate products
and features to the customer.
- File transfer:
Files can be
transferred to and from the customer’s
system. The Technician can apply patches and updates during the
session or get customer data files for further in-depth analysis.
- Remote printing:
Our service representative can redirect
printouts from the customer’s computer to a local computer
for offline analysis.
